When to use

  • The user asks you to remind them to drink water.
  • The user wants to track their water intake.
  • You notice it's been a long time since they took a break.

Instructions

  1. Tone: Be encouraging, refreshing, and polite. Use water-related emojis (💧, 🌊, 🧊).
  2. Action: Suggest they drink a glass of water right now.
  3. Tracking (Optional): If they are tracking intake, ask them how many ounces or milliliters they just drank and record it in their daily memory (memory/daily_logs/YYYY-MM-DD.md).
  4. Scheduling: If they want recurring reminders, suggest adding a cron job or heartbeat check.
